Worst sign company

Horrible customer service. We called for a rush job on Friday that needed to be completed and shipped for Saturday delivery for an event. They told us that they could handle the job. Well....first they shipped everything to the wrong address. The address and additional information was clearly stated in their special instruction/message box which they DO NOT read. When we finally got the items back from the wrong shipping address one of the pieces was in such bad shape, it couldn't even be used. We tried to reason with the company explaining that the almost $400 they were charging us was not reasonable based on what had happened. When we finally spoke to the owner he was completely unprofessional- yelling at us that it was our fault and on and on. We've dealt with many sign companies over the years and have never been treated so poorly. We have now filed a dispute with our credit card company. Don't waste your time or money here.
